Digital Solutions offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for our Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Master Reseller services. If you are not completely satisfied and choose to terminate your account within 30 days of signing up, you will receive a full refund of the hosting fee paid.

This guarantee applies only to yearly payment plans. One-month subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel to avoid future charges. The guarantee does not cover administrative fees, setup fees, custom software, website templates, domain registration, or any additional services.

Dedicated Servers & VPS
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to Dedicated Servers or VPS services. These are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Payment Methods
No refunds will be issued for payments made via bank wire transfers, Western Union, checks, or money orders. In such cases, any applicable credit will be added to your account balance.

Money-back Guarantee Process
To qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, submit a written request to the Digital Solutions Support Team within 60 days of account termination. Refunds are limited to Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Master Reseller Hosting fees, excluding all other charges. Refunds are only issued if you comply fully with our terms and submit the request within the stated time frame.

Eligibility
Only first-time customers are eligible for the 30-day refund. Returning customers or those opening multiple accounts are not eligible. Any purchases suspected of abuse, including those intended for spam, fraud, or illegal activity, will forfeit eligibility for refunds.

Non-refundable Products and Services

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Dedicated Servers and VPS

  • Administrative/setup fees

  • Custom software installations

  • Services provided in good faith (e.g., free website setup)

  • Domain registrations and Google Suite purchases

  • Downloadable software, plugins, and modules

If a domain was purchased with a hosting plan, a refund may be considered at Digital Solutions’ discretion and reduced by the market value of the domain.

Cancellation Process

You may cancel services by submitting a written request via our support ticket system. Upon receipt, we will confirm your identity, verify cancellation details, and send a confirmation message with a tracking number.

Important Notes:

  • All files, emails, and data may be deleted immediately and permanently.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our online form to prevent errors or fraud.

  • Cancellations for Shared and Reseller accounts take effect on the renewal date.

  • Cancellations for Dedicated and VPS accounts are processed immediately.
